Our approach
BTCC’s role is to help you understand what is happening, identify reasonable next steps, and support you as you navigate providers, health plans, facilities, and community resources.
BTCC is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, provide medical advice, or provide emergency medical services.
