Follow-up is part of the support.
Your package includes reasonable follow-up on services BTCC is already working on. Follow-up on an existing request does not count as another service. A new, separate request counts toward the number of services included in your package.
Package details
- Packages are valid for 30 days.
- Unused services do not roll over beyond the 30-day package period.
- Packages do not automatically renew or bill monthly.
- You may purchase another package when you need more support.
- Complex insurance claims, appeals, or matters requiring extended work may be priced separately and discussed before additional work is performed.
Payment for BTCC services
Individual client services are self-pay.
Behind the Clipboard Consulting does not accept or bill health insurance for individual client services. Individual services and packages are paid directly to BTCC.
Contracted partnership services are provided according to the agreement between BTCC and the partnering organization.
