BTCC provides navigation, advocacy, support, coordination, and educational assistance. BTCC does not guarantee insurance coverage, claim approval, prior-authorization approval, Medicaid eligibility, provider availability, successful appeals, benefit eligibility, or medical outcomes.

Third-party decisions

Health plans, healthcare providers, facilities, government programs, and other organizations make their own eligibility, coverage, authorization, service, and disclosure decisions. They may require additional documentation, authorization, or identity verification.
